Pricing & quotation

Transparent pricing structure for work that is rarely one-size-fits-all.

We publish how fees are calculated and confirm the final price in writing before work starts. Quotes are based on scope—not on a share of third-party cloud spend.

How we calculate a quote

Six inputs create a defensible price.

  1. 01
    Scope

Workloads, features, integrations or systems covered.

  2. 02
    Complexity

Technical constraints, dependencies and data movement.

  3. 03
    Timeline

Delivery sequence, urgency and resource requirements.

  4. 04
    Service level

Coverage hours, response targets and operational risk.

  5. 05
    Deliverables

    Implementation, documentation, testing and training.

  6. 06
    Third-party costs

Identified separately and normally contracted and paid directly by the customer.

Commercial clarity

Maxen revenue comes from contracted service fees.

Customer payments to Maxen Tech Limited are recorded against Maxen invoices for advisory, implementation or managed services. Third-party cloud usage is outside Maxen’s service invoice and is paid by the customer directly to the relevant vendor.
